Disclaimer of Liability and Warranties
While Adeleine’s Flowers of Boronia ensures the optimal performance of the website, you agree that you use this website at your own risk. You acknowledge that Adeleine’s Flowers of Boronia is not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, viruses, communication line failure or damage to your computer system or network.

Access and Termination
By accessing, browsing or using this website you agree to the Terms and Conditions and disclaimers disclosed. By purchasing an item from this website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Adeleine’s Flowers of Boronia reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and any amendment will become operational and effective immediately. Your continued use of the website after any amendments constitutes an agreement to abide by these amendments.

By placing an order on this website you declare that you are the person named on the credit card, or that you have been given permission to use the specified credit card. If we believe the order is fraudulent we may release your details to the relevant authorities. Adeleine’s Flowers of Boronia reserves the right to reject any card message which contains profane or insulting messages. Adeleine’s Flowers of Boronia reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of, or access to, this website at any time, if Adeleine’s Flowers of Boronia decides at its sole discretion that you have breached this agreement or any relevant rule or regulation or you have engaged in conduct that Adeleine's Flowers of Boronia considers to be inappropriate or unacceptable.

Replacement of Goods Policy
Adeleine’s Flowers of Boronia offers a guarantee on all items. For replacement of flowers, notification of any complaints or queries must occur within 24 HOURS of receipt of delivery, and goods must be returned within 24 HOURS of such notification to allow analysis of the flowers and situation. We require that the item be returned in original condition, in its original packaging or a re-stocking fee will apply for those items requiring replacement due to damage/loss. Items cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods – replacement will be for flowers the SAME OR SIMILAR to the original order. Replacements are issued to a value no greater than the original order (less any applicable re-stocking fee). If after notification the goods are not returned for analysis then a substitute arrangement will be sent for the original value less a 20% re-stocking fee for loss of goods. Items cannot be exchanged merely for the reason of not wanting the delivered item, unless both notification and return of goods occurs within 24 hours of receipt of delivery, and the alteration of the order is approved by the sender. Returned goods must be delivered to the shop address of: 130–132 Boronia Road, BORONIA 3155.

Adeleine's Flowers of Boronia will deliver items by way of courier. We require a street address for all deliveries and a contact telephone number. Items will be delivered same day, unless the order has come through outside delivery requirement cut-off times, or has come through too late in the day and the couriers are already booked out and are unable to take any more orders. In these instances the sender will be notified by phone and/or by e-mail and advised of the situation immediately and the goods will be delivered the next working day. Every effort is made to deliver the goods on the same day through the various options we have available to us; but due to delivery distances and the different cut-off requirements set by individual courier companies, this is not always possible. Deliveries to business addresses must have FULL address details included at all times, and orders must be received in the morning to allow delivery before business closing hours.

In the event that the recipient has already left hospital or work, or an incorrect address has been supplied and an order has to be re-sent to a different address, then a second delivery charge will be incurred, for the re-direction of goods to the appropriate suburb. In the case of an incorrect address Adeleine's Flowers of Boronia will endeavour to find out the correct information by consulting the phone directory or door-knocking on nearby properties, but if this fails and the recipient cannot be found and the sender cannot be contacted then the goods will be returned to the shop and a second delivery charge incurred for delivery the next day. If the recipient is not home then the flowers will be left on the doorstep. If the recipient is not home and it is impossible for the courier to leave the flowers, then they will be returned to Adeleine's Flowers of Boronia for the customer to collect from there, or for re-delivery at the expense of the sender (whom will be notified). Orders can be placed in advance and stored with us. In these circumstances, credit card charges will not occur until 48 hours prior to delivery – to enable us to contact you should there be any problems with payment.

Cancellations
In the event that you wish to cancel an order Adeleine's Flowers of Boronia requires 24 hours notice of cancellation of the respective order, via phone or e-mail. Compliance of these guidelines will result in a full refund less a $5.00 administration fee; which will be refunded back to the credit card originally nominated for payment. If the flowers or goods have already been dispatched then no refund is possible.

Substitution Policy
Due to the seasonal availability of flowers, and fluctuations caused by demand and weather conditions, not all items on the website will be available all year round. Where specific flowers are not definitely available it will be indicated on the zoom-in page description details. Where individual flowers or flower colour choices are not available then we reserve the right to substitute other flowers as required. If the order cannot be met then you will be notified immediately.

We will endeavour to keep the arrangement looking as close as possible to the original, and will substitute missing colours for another one in a similar colour group. For e.g pinks and purples will be substituted with burgundy, mauve, lilac, violet and blue etc. Yellows, reds and oranges will be substituted with gold, flame, lemon, russet, apricot, brown, cream etc. White and green can be used for any colour substitution because they are neutral.
