18"/45cm helium foil balloon with the word Welcome printed in the centre, in bright coloured lettering in red, purple, green and blue. This features against a white background covered in little pictures of butterflies, dragonflies and stars. The outer background of the balloon is light green with more pictures of stars and butterflies, and this in surrounded by blue on the outer rim.

Helium balloons will float for 5-7 days depending on temperature conditions and can then be re-inflated with more helium to float again, or with a balloon pump (where they will act as a normal balloon).
