18"/45cm helium foil balloon. The words 'Congratulations' are printed in bold letters in purple writing across the centre of the balloon.  The background is a pale blue and features a rainbow made of hundreds of small stars, with lots of bigger stars at the bottom of the picture. The stars are coloured purple, green, lime, yellow, red, pink and white.

Helium balloons will float for 5-7 days depending on temperature conditions and can then be re-inflated with more helium to float again, or with a balloon pump (where they will act as a normal balloon).
