18"/45cm helium foil balloon. This brightly coloured balloon features a pattern of stripes all over, in red, yellow, green, pink, orange and blue. Small dots and swirls in similar colours adorn the stripes. The words Happy Birthday are printed in yellow in the centre, and around the top and bottom edges are the words Congratulations in purple.

Helium foil balloons will float for 5-7 days depending on temperature conditions, and can then be re-inflated with more helium to float again, or with a balloon pump (where they will then act as a normal balloon).
