18"/45cm helium foil balloon. Decorated around the edge with bright colour patches in green, orange, pink, yellow and purple - all surrounding the light blue circular patch of colour in the centre. The words Happy Birthday are printed in purple in the centre.

Helium foil balloons will float for 5-7 days depending on temperature conditions, and can then be re-inflated with more helium to float again, or with a balloon pump (where they will act as a normal balloon).
